关于证明配偶在过去12个月一起居住在一起的证明中：
At least two items attesting to your status as de facto spouse on which your name and the name of your spouse appear. The following documents are eligible:
– Mortgage or dwelling lease
– Statements of joint bank accounts
– Utility bills (electricity, natural gas, telephone or Internet service)
如果以上材料中，每份材料都只有夫妻双方一个人的名字，没有共有银行账户，应该也很少有人会把 Internet Service 或者lease上面同时写上两个人吧。这样的情况下怎么办呀？
1.各自提供自己的bank statement,上面地址一样，可以吗？
2. 其它类别的，如Car insurance, driver license可以吗？
