您好，我想通过留学的途径移民，我的孩子患有癫痫病，需要长期服药治疗，请问孩子是否可以通过移民体检？孩子的病会影响我们全家移民吗？申请移民的过程中需要注意什么吗（我在移民局官网搜到如下的规定，这个规定第3条的意思是指申请人的孩子可以不受到超过社会医疗负担要求这条的限制吗）谢谢您的解答
