I have a question to ask. I heard about the new ARRIMA points-system issued back on July 26, 2021. I wonder that my candidacy is assessed based on the RSWP selection grid (link: https://cdn-contenu.quebec.ca/cdn-contenu/immigration/publications/GR_Selection_Travailleurs_Qualifies.pdf?1616677921)
From the fact that the new ranking system does not give you points for English knowledge (not without French score), I wonder if my candidacy for this stage is based on passing the 50-point cut off for single applicant or I have to score at much at possible from this stage (assuming that I passed the new ARRIMA ranking system). For more details, the old RSWP seleciton grid gives points (6 points) for IELTS score (without TEFAQ result) but the new ARRIMA point system does not give any points for the same criteria.

The new rules took effect on July 14, 2021, which I believe all candidates who were not invited at the time will need to be selected under the new selection criteria.
